Job description: 
  • Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish brand presence in the market
  • Overseeing the development of the market & marketing literature
  • Pitch goods to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Communicating new market requirements to R&D/product planning & development team
  • Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives
  • Develop plans /strategy to complete all required tasks, delegating activities and providing direction to the team members
  • Lead product development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies continue to monitor competitor activity
  • Create potential Government & Non-Government business Clients
  • Preparing technical project proposal aligning with Engineers, submission, presentation deliver and attend the meeting with high official
  • Follow up the new tender (OTM , RFQ, RFP) circulation, submission, coordination of tender reviews & deadlines and adjusts them to the frameworks given by the customers
  • Proactively seek ways to improve output quality of the team in-line by developing understanding of client specific needs and areas of the business
  • Coach and mentor department staff and ensure oversee all functions and day to day activities and projects
  • Motivate team members, providing guidance and support where required
  • Perform any other task as assigned by the CEO
Required skills: 
  • Team player that works well in collaborative situations & start-up environments and must have capability to handle the engineers to bring out the required technical task
  • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Dealer acquisition skill through different channels of similar business
  • Digital Marketing strategy
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Must have strong writing, editing & communication skills in English
  • Computer competency is must such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, MS word, Excel, Power Point, as well as internet browsing and email drafting etc.
Experience Required: 
  • At least 5 to 7 years in Hi-Tech/electronics /home appliances industries with 2 years’ experience as Team Lead/Head of the Department
  • Should have experience with High-Tech/ Electronics/ IoT products, Such as: Smart Switch, Smart Magic, Rainbow and Dimmable LED Light, Smart Router, Smart Camera, Smart Curtain and Water Tank Controller.
  • BBA with MBA major in Marketing preferably from IBA, Dhaka University
